Your residential programme fee covers the core clinical services, accommodation, meals and programme activities listed below. Certain personal, medical and external expenses are charged separately, and we explain these clearly before admission.
The aim is to make the financial side of treatment straightforward from the beginning. You should know what is part of the programme fee, what is not, and which additional expenses may arise before admission rather than discovering them after treatment has started.
At Samarpan, we are committed to being honest and transparent with our clients. No treatment centre can ethically guarantee that someone will never relapse after leaving rehab. Addiction is a chronic, relapsing condition that requires ongoing care and management. Making promises of "no relapse" would be misleading.
What we can promise is the highest standard of care and support. Our comprehensive residential program, combined with our complimentary continuing care package, equips clients with the tools, structure, and foundations they need to build a lasting recovery.
As India's leading international rehab, we also offer a unique Relapse Warranty Policy for clients completing our 13-week premium program. If a client experiences a relapse within one year of discharge, they may return for an additional four weeks of treatment at no extra cost (subject to terms and conditions).

Eligible clients who complete the 13-week premium programme may return for an additional four weeks of treatment following a relapse within one year of discharge, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
The treatment programme combines clinical, psychological, physical and complementary interventions as part of a structured residential experience.
Payment can be made by cash, debit or credit card, or bank transfer. EMI availability, tenure and applicable charges are subject to the card issuer/bank's terms and eligibility criteria.
If you're reading this at a moment when everything feels urgent, it's worth separating two different things: understanding what this costs, and deciding to move forward. You can do the first without committing to the second. Ask every question you have now, and take the time you actually need before deciding anything.
Samarpan follows a no cash refund policy. All programme fees are non-refundable, including in cases of early departure or voluntary discharge. This isn't about penalising anyone. Residential treatment works because a bed and a place in the programme are held for one person at a time, and that commitment doesn't reverse once it's been made.
If your family member leaves within the first 14 days of admission, any unused paid days can be held as credit rather than lost outright. That credit can be used if they're readmitted within 9 months, depending on a fresh clinical assessment and bed availability at the time.
The credit can't be exchanged for cash, transferred to someone else, or guaranteed in advance, since readmission always depends on what's clinically appropriate at that point.
In some circumstances, Samarpan may administratively discharge a client in accordance with the programme's terms, policies and code of conduct, including where serious or repeated breaches compromise safety, treatment participation or the therapeutic environment.
Eligible clients who successfully complete their residential programme also receive continuing-care support.
The number of complimentary individual continuing-care sessions depends on programme length and accommodation type. Clients who complete treatment can also access Samarpan's weekly Recovery Skills Group at the Mumbai Outpatient Centre.
