The villas and grounds matter, but they're not why anyone gets better here. What matters is that the physical space actually supports the same model treatment itself is built on, not a separate selling point sitting next to it.
Everything here maps onto the same four dimensions described on Our Treatment Programme: the body, the mind, relationships, and a sense of meaning. Rather than a list of amenities, here's what actually supports each one.
Everything around treatment has a purpose: helping the body settle, giving the mind room to work, keeping people connected, and creating space for reflection.
Physical recovery is supported through consistent routines that help restore the body’s natural rhythm. Regular mealtimes provide structure around nutrition, while access to the gymnasium and swimming pool encourages exercise and physical wellbeing as part of everyday treatment. Alongside adequate rest and a predictable daily routine, these foundations help clients rebuild strength, energy and healthier habits throughout recovery.
Group and individual psychological therapy provides the time and space to talk openly, express difficult emotions and feel genuinely heard. With a focal therapist and spaces for reflection, clients have room to understand what they are feeling, recognise patterns and work through experiences at their own pace.
Accommodation is arranged across villas with a mix of individual and shared en-suite rooms, alongside indoor and outdoor games and shared facilities that put clients in each other's company throughout the day, not only during formal group sessions.
Recovery is about rediscovering what makes life meaningful. Practices such as meditation, mindfulness, yoga, reiki, journaling, time in nature and quiet reflection give clients space to slow down, reconnect with their values and explore what truly matters to them.
The environment is designed to be comfortable and liveable, but it is not a retreat. Comfort creates the conditions in which clients can settle into structure, engage fully in treatment and focus on recovery. It supports the work; it is never a substitute for it.
The facility provides the setting for treatment. What matters most is what happens within it. Explore how each day is structured around therapy, recovery and meaningful progress.
