Martin Peters stands at the forefront of Samarpan’s vision, bringing over three decades of global expertise in mental health and addiction treatment. A Registered Nurse and Certified Substance Abuse Therapist, Martin has led pioneering programs since 1991, shaping treatment models that prioritize both clinical rigor and compassion. His advanced certifications in relapse prevention and addiction counseling, along with extensive training in CBT, DBT, MET, and RPT, position him as a leader who ensures Samarpan’s treatment model remains internationally benchmarked, trauma-informed, and deeply personalized.

Obi brings over 20 years of hands-on and strategic expertise in the field of addiction and mental health. As a trained Addictions Therapist, Clinical Supervisor, and consultant, he has built impactful treatment programs in diverse settings ranging from residential and outpatient centers to criminal justice systems and community care. His leadership has not only guided clinical teams but also influenced the global conversation on relapse prevention with speaking engagements at platforms like the GORSKI-CENAPS Symposium in the US and UKESAD in the UK.
